⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE – Temporary Adjustments to Our Services as of September 15, 2025
Dear clients, please note that as of September 15, 2025, our hours as well as certain veterinary services will be modified. Veterinary availability will be limited, and some services will be temporarily on hold during this transition period. This proactive measure allows us to continue offering safe, high-quality care during our opening hours while working towards a gradual return to full operations.
♦️ VETERINARY AVAILABILITY
Starting October 1, our hospital will be collaborating with VetRéseau. Veterinarians will be on-site every Tuesday as well as on certain Fridays, depending on availability. We invite you to contact us to confirm a veterinarian’s presence when booking your appointment.
♦️ MEDICATION RENEWALS
Prescription renewals will only be possible on Tuesdays. Please submit your request no later than Monday. We encourage you to plan your renewals in advance.
♦️ OPENING HOURS
As of September 15, our hospital will be open on Tuesdays and Fridays, according to the schedule below. On closed days, your calls will be forwarded to Hôpital vétérinaire Anima-Plus Les Coteaux for your convenience.
Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. | Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

To continue offering the best possible care to our patients during this transition period, we have decided to temporarily pause the following services: exotic animal care, surgery, spay/neuter, dental care, and hospitalization.
