Dr. Anne-Catherine Desrosiers
Dr. Anne-Catherine Desrosiers Description
Dr. Desrosiers is from Rimouski, in Quebec. She obtained her doctorate from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in June 2011. She started her career in the Beauce region where she treated large animals. In 2013, she established herself in the Quebec City region where she took care of farm animals in Île d’Orléans/Côte-de-Beaupré. In 2015, she joined our team in a desire to reconnect with veterinary medicine for small animals. Dr. Desrosiers is motivated by providing care to her small patients to ensure their well-being, but she also loves meeting their dedicated owners. She is convinced that good veterinary medicine must be based on a global approach to an animal’s health combined with a clear communication with their owners to ensure they fully understand their pet condition. Her fields of interest are preventive medicine, dermatology, ophthalmology and animal nutrition. This very versatile veterinarian also has a passion for sports and don’t hesitate to take on new challenges, including participating in triathlons, half-marathons, obstacle course races, etc. Even with her very busy schedule, she manages to enjoy the dolce vita with Bacon, her small cat she found in a shed when he was just a kitten.
